Now this isn't something you see every day. A devblog video about the motion capture performances in a game. Well, Ubisoft just had to get in there first didn't they? Okay, okay, they're not the first. Capcom and Konami immediately spring to mind, but still. It's a rarity. And Watch Dogs is the kind of game that really does beg for this kind of coverage.

It's an interesting video indeed. Especially the part about the main performer, Sebastian Merlowe, who the Animation Director Colin Graham describes as being too good. High praise there chief. Not all that surprising. Jumping and climbing on buildings was illegal, then the French turned it into a sport. Give the video a watch. It is well worth your time.
