Wargame: AirLand Battles Struts Its Campaign

In the Cold War RTS Wargame: European Escalation the campaign was the red headed stepchild - many people ignored and later complained about a lack of tutorial for. Idiots. The sequel Wargame: AirLand Battle aims to bring you a new campaign experience.
Instead of a normal campaign - that is, series of vaguely plot connected missions - you'll have a dynamic one! Scandinavia is split into many sectors and you have to do what you can too keep them out of the enemy hands. While RTS battles when attacking/defending a province is a given, you'll also do special attacks. Carpet bombing, spec ops missions, nuclear launches - you name it.
And, of course, your battlegroups will retain any experience gained - or losses suffered - during a mission. Such is the way of Wargame.
Meanwhile I dream of a Shattered Union mod.
What about you?
