In a tweet from the Saints Row twitter, the above image was shown along with the simple message "JOHNNY GAT IS BACK IN SAINTS ROW IV!!!!!!!!". Recap time: Johnny Gat was killed in Saints Row the Third while trying to help the Protagonist and Shaundi escape a plane. In the Genkibowl VII, there was a hint to his return though. A news ticker said that there were rumors of his return.

In Saints Row IV aliens are invading and it's quite possible his return has something to do with that. Aliens tend to have gadgetry that bend time and space as well as even possibly bringing back the dead. It's also possible a separate entity has somehow preserved Gat and brought him back Frankenstein style.

In other news Deep Silver has announced the voice cast for Saints Row IV, although Johnny Gat is nowhere to be seen. Nolan North, Troy Baker, Laura Bailey, Robin Atkin Downes, Diane Michelle, Kenn Michael, and Sumalee Montano will be the different voices the player will be able to choose from when customizing the President in Saints Row IV. For those attending the San Diego Comic-Con, you can have a chance to meet some of the cast for Saints Row IV. Keith David, Troy Baker, Laura Bailey, Yuri Lowenthal, and JB Blanc will be there.
