S.P.E.C.I.A.L. is attribute system for Fallout, and in true Vault-tec style, this movie is made with the same humour as previous outings with Vault Boy, and his exploration of you and the wasteland that is America after the great war.

We also get a look at some of what each attribute does in Fallout 4 now, and Charisma ties to bartering, companion loyalty, resistance to getting drunk and interactions with people and animals, and interestingly enough Charisma is also used now for making Dogmeat stronger.
