The Witcher 3 ModKit Released Fans Upset

It feels like it's been a long wait for CD Projekt to release the modding tools for The Witcher 3 but we've finally got them and, predictably, the fans are upset. The point of contention seems to be that fans were expecting the full REDKit suite like we got with The Witcher 2 but instead got ModKit despite what Marcin Iwinski said over a year ago when talking to IGN - “we are looking to release the REDkit sometime after the game launches”
We're unsure what the difference is because we've not had a chance to play with the software yet but we'd like to point out that this is why we can't have nice things, click the embedded links for way more
@MeerMusik This is the mod support for the Wild Hunt. At this moment we are not planning to release anything else.

We'd love to report for once that people are just happy with what they've got and CD Projekt didn't have to release anything at all. So thank you CD Projekt for releasing any kind of modding tools, we here at Pixel Judge are grateful for your efforts.
Stay tuned for more as we get it.
