Yo jurors! I don't know about you, but I tend to be more immersed in my game worlds when there's a touch of reality to them. Even in my fantasy games, when there's something I can relate to in them, they draw me in better. This is probably why I'm absolutely jazzed up about The Witcher 3 and this trailer highlights some of the very things that immerse me in the game I play.

The trailer shows how developer CD Projekt RED plan to marry the concepts of high fantasy with real world issues such as war crimes, racism, the cruelty of mankind, lust, etc. Done well, blending fact with fantasy creates some of the best game experiences out there. Done poorly and...you might end up with a game destined for mediocrity.
