Way back in July last year, a brilliant standalone source mod called 'The Stanley Parable' was released. It was announced afterwards that a HD Remix was being created, now that HD Remix is attempting to make its way to Steam.

I enjoyed The Stanley Parable so much, I wrote an extensive article about it which will hopefully be posted soon. When I heard the creator was making a HD Remix, with fancy new graphics, a more polished experience and entirely new segments, I was very pleased to say the least. Not only that, but the brilliantly voiced Narrator will be reprising his role and, judging from the teaser videos released, the new Stanley Parable looks to be even more interesting than before, and a whole lot darker.

"I can't wait to see how this goes, this is the first real marketing push we've done for the game and it might be the first early indicator of whether this is something people really want. Any way that you're able to spread the word is appreciated beyond measure. I will obviously keep you updated on what comes of this. Thank you for all your support!"

So there you have it! Go here to vote up the HD Remix on Steam, I strongly advise it. In the meantime you can download and play The Stanley Parable in its original form here. Go on, do it!
