The Cry of Revolving Homelands
It's been no secret for a while now, that Homefront will be finally seeing a sequel. Even as far back as the harrowing dissolution of THQ, it was pretty much a given that Crytek would be continuing the IP at some point. A point, comrades, that has now come. Join me, stand with me, shoulder to shoulder, against the PRK. Today we fight back. Today we take the fight to them. Today, we bring Revolution to the Homefront!
Now, I'm not gonna' lie, I'm rather fond of Homefront. It was a fascinating concept, a reasonably well presented narrative, and even had some solid gameplay. But it was most decidedly not perfect. It's flawed, yes, heavily flawed. No amount of rose tinted glasses can obscure that fact. But I'm...now really worried about the sequel. Why are the Korean soldiers dressed in nanosuits? Sure, the first game had some fancy tech, but it was all firmly real world based. Nanosuits? Because Crytek!
Having said that...can't even get too excited about the visuals. It's almost certainly pre-rendered, and having great looking CGI in a short video is very different from real time gameplay. I just...I don't know. It feels a lot too much like what they're really making is Cryfront y'know?
Still...shut up and take my money!

Homefront was meh, CryTek nowadays are doublemeh. So that's one big supermeh for me.

Well, Crytek have experience with games where N.Koreans are enemies.
