You heard it right! Come one, come all! Gamespot have given us the pleasure of ten minutes of awesome gameplay from the upcoming post-apocalyptic shooter, Metro: Last Light. It's the sequel the flawed but ambitious Metro 2033, a game that back in the day had the graphics and atmosphere every other game could only dream of - and it seems the sequel sufficiently ups the ante.

In this spoiler-free video we see the protagonist Artyom wading through a swamp, evading critters and monsters, in his search for a gasoline tank that isn't empty. The video culminates in a scenario most Left 4 Dead players will recognize instantly, as Artyom must fill up a generator and hold his ground against a bunch of nasty mutants, awaiting a raft to come for him.

There's not much more to say, really. But you really should check the video out for yourself, if you know what's good for you.
