F.A.N.G has joined the ranks of the world warriors as Street Fighter V's final playable character for the base game, and boy, he sure is...something.

F.A.N.G is Street Fighter V's first serious zoning character, using walls and balls of poison to keep opponents at bay. Following the poison theme, most of his specials from the dashing punch to his dragon punch seem to carry some poison attribute, and when he pops V-Trigger, every touch, including some exceptionally powerful poking tools, become poisonous.

Exactly how much damage this poison will do is unclear since there were no health bars in the trailer, but what IS clear is that he's weird in everything from his design to his mechanics to his super. Dhalsim is weird, Bison is weird, but F.A.N.G has a super called Atomic Bluebird where he imitates a bird and laughs at you, so he's right up there with them.

Storywise, Shadaloo's second in command and right-hand-man to none other than Bison. How he'll play into the story of Street Fighter V is currently unknown.

Street Fighter V is currently set to release in 2016 on PS4 and Windows.
