Steam Keys for Toki Tori 2 Wii Owners

Back in February, Two Tribes announced that the Wii U version of Toki Tori 2 would have a level editor in the "plus" update. But now due to poor sales the developers have cancelled the level editor. Toki Tori 2+ on PC received the level editor with the update as well as integration to the Steam Workshop.
Technical issues and missing features on the Wii U's Miiverse made it more difficult to create the level editor. Two Tribes said "We obviously wanted to use Miiverse for level sharing as everybody has access to it. Among the problems with Miiverse, it said that it wasn't possible to start the game from a level posted in Miiverse, though something like this might be possible in the future."
Two Tribes did consider using its own servers, but that would have been "way out of scope." They also said that the Wii U owners would be able to play custom levels created by steam users. But after talking to Valve and Nintendo, it turned out to be a non-starter. So now to make up for the disaster, free keys of the Steam version will be given to Wii U owners. At least Two Tribes are trying to keep their fan base happy. Let us know your comments below.

Very nice incentive from the developers.
