Oh god oh yes. I admit it, I'm a huge Star Wars buff. And nothing displeases me more than the sorry state that it has been reduced to in modern media, what with it becoming the butt of a sizable portion of jokes within geek culture. Star Wars 1313 was thus a welcome sight, a return of Star Wars to the darker, slightly more western roots that it hails from, the rea- wait. What. Is that Mecha?

Yep, it's been confirmed, an individual looking very much like Solid Snake was supposed to be dancing around the feet of huge mecha in Star Wars 1313, before it got tragically cancelled. I can't tell if this is bringing me to shouts of joy or tears of despair. Anyway, a couple more pieces of concept art have been released, including Boba Fett toasting some fool, various futuristic background and an impossibly complicated helmet that can't actually be combat worthy. Can it?
