Sleeping Dogs Aims to Please (Updated)

Square Enix have released a trailer for upcoming open worldy-type deal, Sleeping Dogs. The focus of this video is the PC exclusive features of the game, "We also added mouse and keyboard controls" proclaims Sleeping Dog's community manager. Long live PC gaming?
Obvious PC features that should be in every PC release aside, Sleeping Dogs is going to apparently make good use of DX11 features as well as have some kind of density slider to make the open world environment more populated. There's also a 'Day 1 HD Texture Pack', which makes you wonder why they couldn't include this in the base game. One interesting thing to note, is that they've partnered up with Valve to bring you some Sleeping Dogs themed Team Fortress 2 items if you preorder the game.
All this trailer is doing however, is stating the obvious. Keyboard and mouse support, 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second gameplay. It's quite sad that this needs to be announced prior to release. But I guess if they didn't, people would assume the worst, being the cynical bastards they are. The trailer itself is below.

I really wasn't even thinking of getting this game till now. But having seen this now I suddenly really want it! It looks good, it looks fun and I had no idea it was an open world game either till now. Really curious how it performs on the PC in terms of framerate and such.

Not long to wait, wish it had multiplayer like GTA IV free roam or the Just Cause 2 multiplayer mod though.
