SimCity Going Full Retard

SimCity, EA and Maxis’ game which cannot make its mind between being an MMO and not being one, just received a huge patch 2.0. It was supposed to repair some bugs, enhance the gameplay and make the players generally happy. Did it? Well, check the EA forums and see for yourself. Long story short, Maxis bungled it again...
While some of the previous bugs were indeed repaired, SimCity 2.0 came with its own package of problems! Overflowing waste, purring trees (I love this one), pollution out of nowhere and on the more technical side – pre-patch saves not loading or bugging out. This and much, much more may be found in SimCity 2.0! Tempting, isn’t it?
Well, it may be high time for EA to cut on things like DRM, needless servers or revolutionary promotion ideas and put more funds into testing, as the torment of SimCity players already exceeded all rational limits. Honestly, all fuss around this game makes it sound more like an Alpha of an indie title, not a flagship game of one of the biggest publishers out there! I am full of respect towards those who still want to play it though, as they seem to be surprisingly numerous. Just how long, EA, how long?
