The long-awaited return of Sanctum is finally on its way! More exciting than that, the first bits of gameplay have finally been revealed of Sanctum 2! The video above shows off some really great graphics using the Unreal Engine 3. The video also shows off briefly what the new co-op partners will look like.

In addition to the new graphics and characters, the video shows some of the new defence platforms and weapons that the game will feature. As well as this there seems like there will be some new ways to move around the game environment, as well as new large units that can even destroy your defences!

So yeah, the first look definitely is promising and as a Sanctum fan, I can already say I will be pre-ordering this game for certain!
