We have a little sneak peak of the story in upcoming (timed) Xbox exclusive Rise of the Tomb Raider. And...actually, it shows a lot more than you may first be thinking. You see, our Lady Lara is making her way up an oddly familiar looking set of mountains. And as we know, she is quite fond of Peru. Know what I'm saying?

We'll have some actual detail concering what the game is all about come June 15th as part of the Xbox E3 Briefing. Hopefully, we'll also hear something about when the PC version will be coming our way. I'm predicting it'll be a twelve month period, that tends to be the deal with those barse ackwards "timed" excluisve jokes. On the other hand, much of my enthusiasm for the rebooted series was worn away by how contrived and heavy handed Tomb Raider was with its narrative. Not to mention how...yeah, the teaser we had at last year's E3. That still doesn't quite sit right with me. Having said all that, there's still a lot of potential here. The 'first' game was functionally really impressive.

Should be interesting to see where this goes.
