Reworked Economy for SupCom 2
So a patch for Supreme Commander 2 has just been released on Steam. It's been over two years since the last release, which was just a couple of minor fixes, but this looks to be a major update, with a lot done to the economy. Mass extraction now factors in building veterancy, with higher level extractors producing more resources. Also on the list are a bunch of changes to faction units, with notable reductions to the Research Costs for a bunch of units, including experimentals.
I'm not sure why Gas Powered Games is releasing this patch now, after all this time. They were recently acquired by Wargaming.net, but according to the official release from GPG, this one has been in the works for a while. Feel free to add your thoughts below...I'm off to play some SupCom 2.
