Poor Sales for Splinter Cell and Rayman
Ubisoft has revealed in an investor conference call that they are now expecting an overall loss for this fiscal year. While some of this is attributed to the fact that both Watch Dogs and The Crew have recently been delayed until 2014, it seems that a fair bit of it can also be attributed to poorer than expected sales for both Splinter Cell: Blacklist and Rayman Legends, along with a few other unmentioned titles.
Ubisoft CFO Alain Martinez attributed the poor sales to the unwillingness of consumers to invest in games in the lead up to a new console generation, but didn't go into a great deal of detail concerning the numbers for each underperforming game, however, they did make it clear that the delay of Watchdogs is by far the biggest contributor to their changed financial situation - especially given the number of preorders that Ubisoft has received.

Rayman: Implement ONLINE cooperative support.
Splinter Cell: Make it Splinter Cell instead of what it is. Make it worthy of the TOM CLANCY TITLE.
Problem solved.

@XiDiO: I think you mean "Give us Splinter Cell games." The last few have been poor clones of Siphon Filter
