As the release of Armored Kill for Battlefield 3 draws ever nearer, and those wannabe tank commanders grow ever excited, Andrew Hamilton, Senior Environment Artist at DICE, has posted a blog over at The Official Battefield Blog.

The blog is a pretty extensive look at the creative journey they travel to create the maps. As Pixel Judge's, self-proclaimed, Battlefield 3 expert, this makes for a pretty interesting read and only increases the excitement for Armored Kill.

Armored Kill releases to Premium members September 11th, two weeks before the 'standard' release date of September 25th.
