No Cap on Hiring

Capcom had some financial difficulties last year, though they said it wasn't that really that, but an "insufficient Coordination" overseas. CEO, Kenzo Tsujimoto, has now outlined their big plan for expanding internal development. And this is going to involve hiring at least 100 developers per year for the next five years.

"I want to build a development framework that can put the right people in the right places. This process will reflect an understanding of what consumers want and what types of products have become hits. From now on, I plan to hire at least 100 software developers every year to give us an even more powerful development workforce. Furthermore, I want to establish clear targets for these developers so they can help make Capcom even stronger."

Over the course of the following year, Capcom plan to incorporate global operations and sales. They are looking to focus on mobile, online and brand content, as well as downloadable content, which they do seem very fond off. So it looks like 2014 is going to be a complete overall for Capcom, so what do you think people? Will they succeed? Or fail miserably? Do let us know below.
