Things have been quiet regarding our hero Mega Man or Mighty No.9 as he is known now. He got played with by Keiji Inafune in the last news I covered on him. Well now there is new gameplay footage released showing the latest work in progress, Ver 1.5.

The video shows how the levels will be structured with Mega Mighty Man No. 9 himself in 2.5D. The detail is really good, as you can see his eyes quite clearly as if it was 3D. The gameplay looks very smooth and the enemies look interesting. Mighty No. 9 is keeping the look and feel of the original Mega Man series, which will keep the fans happy and any newcomers will be treated to a proper platform game.
