New DLC Brings DeWitt to Rapture

BioShock Infinite had a pretty mind-blowing story. Now, 2K Games and developer Irrational Games are seeking to take it further. With a two-part DLC titled Burial at Sea, Booker and Elizabeth are transported to the underwater city of Rapture, the setting of the two first BioShock games.

In the two episodes, you will apparently get to experience the fall of Rapture, instead of simply replaying the older games in the series. The first episode is set for release this holiday, with the second episode coming in a month or three later on. Each will be priced at $15, but you get them both included if you buy the season pass for $20. Quite a price, that!

This is what I want to see in DLC. Stuff that can't really be put in the actual game, but when turned into a DLC, actually EXPANDS the universe, and potentially explains unexplained links between this game and the ones before it.

Sadly, too few devs actually do this nowadays. Look at Metro: Last Light or Borderlands 2. The DLCs are pretty... meh.

Great value to add to the story of a already great game. I will be buying these when released.
