There have been some interesting details leaked ahead of the planned trailer for GTA V on November 14th, but sadly the PC version is still not mentioned. Hopefully us, PC gamers, are not left out in the cold and we get a competent version of the game. For now we have some interesting tidbits for you to ponder.

The game will feature 3 different main characters this time around, and you can switch with them anytime on the fly. They will each have their own story arc, and will be living their lives even when you are not in control. The names of the characters are Michael, Trevor and Franklin. The game will also feature missions that can have you switching between characters.

There will be a huge evolution of the game mechanics, and will also be the largest world in the series. What exact mechanics have been changed or evolved is not mentioned yet. GTA V will have the most vehicles in the series including BMX bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, dirt bikes, trucks, helicopters, planes, ATVs, Jet Skis, planes and helicopters.

Customization for characters will not be robust, and each one will have their own traits. Romancing a nice lady is not implemented into the game as of now. Previous GTA characters will make an appearance but none were mentioned by name. The multiplayer will be revealed in the next few months, and absolutely no details were given.

The GTA series has always been a game I bought without question ever since the third game. It is concerning that Rockstar has not mentioned a PC version at all. It would be very disappointing if they did not release a PC version at some point. The features they have mentioned are certainly interesting, and sound like a creative evolution for the series. Please Rockstar give us a PC version, we will buy it!
