Microsoft Takes to the Clouds
Microsoft have decided to create their own cloud gaming service. This is so that they can stream their games to Windows devices, like PCs and Smartphones. At a company meeting Microsoft demonstrated a prototype, which showed Halo 4 streaming from the cloud to a Windows PC and phone. The service was running smooth, and there were no obvious issues, with lag or latency, on the Lumia 520 Phone or the low-end Hybrid PC they used.
Senior Director of Xbox at Microsoft, Albert Penello said:
"It could be more complicated things like rendering full games like a Gaikai and delivering it to the box. We just have to figure out how, over time, how much does that cost to deliver, how good is the experience."
Microsoft is building the streaming service to rival Sony's Gaikai streaming service. The service has not yet been branded as it is only a prototype at this time. If Microsoft can make this steaming service a success, then we might be able to see some great Xbox 360 games on our much loved PCs. I think this is very good news, but as usual let us know what you think in the comments below.

I still want Halo 3, 4 and everything in between on PC.

I also call BS on the no latency claim

Streaming is a way to own a game even less and will introduce lag to single player. And console graphics on PC, lol.
