Apparently there has been a problem running Metal Gear Rising Revengeance full screen at 24Hz 1080p. Now thanks to a fix found by Steam user xuthan, this should be a thing of the past. It works by reconfiguring the default system then reverting back to full screen at 60Hz after playing.

Download the fix from here and run it first before booting up the game. I do applaud users like this, as there is nothing worse than purchasing a game to find that some glitch/bug causes issues. But one has to question; if a regular gamer can find a fix then surely the teams at Konami should be able to as well.
