He is known for his work as Pete from Shaun of the Dead, Lord Edgar Covington from Parks and Recreation, and the scientist whose full face is never shown and Peter Packard in one of my favorite shows of all time, and subject of this reference, Look Around You. Namco has also just announced that he will be a voice actor in Dark Souls 2: "Peter will dub a new character named Mild-mannered Pate. Players will encounter this mysterious man during his journey in search of treasure. He may teach players a few tricks of his own in order to survive during their quest. Will they dare to trust this enigmatic character?"

Any Souls player worth his estus reading this would immediately guess that Mild-Mannered Pate sounds suspiciously similar to Patches. Patches is a character who has appeared in both Demon's Souls and Dark Souls who is both really helpful and also a tricky bastard who hates clerics. Could Mild-Mannered Pate be Dark Soul 2's Patches?
