Life Is Strange Has Got It In The Box
Critically acclaimed time travel teen drama Life Is Strange will be getting a boxed limited edition on January 19th 2015 in the US and January 22nd 2016 in PAL territories. On an unrelated note, my birthday is also in January. Just so you know...
The boxed edition will include a number of goodies, including a director's commentary, a 32-page art book for you to have and hold, as well as 14 licensed tracks from the game's official soundtrack and 8 tracks from the game's composer Jonathan Morali. There's no word yet on a price for this limited edition (though I'd happily sacrifice my hypothetical first born for it). Watch this space for that crucial bit of information nearer the boxed edition's release date.
Luc Baghadoust, producer at DONTNOD Entertainment, explained the move to release a beautiful boxed edition of the game, saying, "The response to Life is Strange really has blown us away. to be able to share that experience with our fans in a traditional boxed format is something we're really excited about and the decision to include the extra items for the Limited Edition is a direct response to fan requests."
