Boston looks to be the setting - confirming the claims from Reddit back in 2012 - as indicated by the mentioning of quite a few names I remember from the early parts of Assassins Creed 3 on one of the pages. Unfortunately, it also looks like Bethesda will be moving towards a voiced protagonist, as a page that looks like the script for the opening monologue states that it is to be spoken by the player.

Although, considering that this came from Kotaku, I'm taking it with a grain of salt. I'd like it to be true (at least, without the voice protagonist), but I doubt anything will really be known until Bethesda makes its own announcements.
