Jade Raymond joins EA, creates Motive Studios

Jade Raymond, former managing director of Ubisoft Toronto where she worked on projects like Watch Dogs, The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, and Assassin's Creed, has formed Motive Studios as a part of EA, where she plans to aid in the development of Visceral Game's Star Wars game (not Battlefront, a different Star Wars game).
"Motive will be a creative-driven team, incubating entirely new IP and taking on some amazing projects. The first one is going to be really exciting – we’re going to work on Amy Hennig’s Star Wars game!"
Hennig is best known for her work on the Uncharted series, and Raymond for Assassin's Creed, and Nolan North said himself that the upcoming Star Wars game was going to be "in the style of Uncharted," so you can expect plenty of fast-paced platforming and parkour action in their Star Wars game.
From the sound of Raymond's announcement, it sounds like she's planning on creating games within the Frostbite Engine (Battlefield, Dragon Age, Mass Effect) after her Star Wars game becomes more real.
