The developers of Infinite Crisis, the fresh new MOBA in the works from Turbine, also known for Asheron's Call and the Lord of the Rings Online. Infinite Crisis will be a F2P MOBA set in the DC Comics universe.

The exciting news here for my fellow MOBAers (yes... I just made that up) is that the Infinite Crisis Closed Beta is set to start on May 8th. The beta access will be free of cost but as it is a closed beta you will need to receive a beta invite code or beta invite. If you are interested in joining the beta you can head over to the official site here and register for the Closed Beta now.

If you are unaware of what Infinite Crisis will be like, imagine DOTA 2 or League of Legends but then with DC Comic characters instead, such as Batman, Catwoman, the Joker, etc... Sounds pretty awesome to me! There is also a video above showing gameplay as Gaslight Batman. As the developers have been revealing to get the variety of gameplay players expect in a MOBA, Turbine will be creating different characters that have entirely different play styles from the different comic book settings. For example, Dark Knight Batman and Gaslight Batman will each have their own unique abilities and play style as they will not just look different from each other, but also play completely different.
