Everybody loves GTAV right? It's a fun game after all; a fun game that has yet to even be formally announced for the greatest gaming platform in the universe. Hrrm, maybe that's why musician Daz Dillinger has issued Take-Two Interactive and Rocktar Games a 'cease and desist' letter to block the game's sales and to recall and destroy any unsold copies...GOLLY!

The complaint issued is over the game's use of two songs by Mr. Dillinger and another artist named 'Kurupt' under the group moniker of "Tha Dogg Pound", claiming that Rockstar had offered the "offensively low" amount of $4,271.00 for the rights to his tracks 'C-Walk' and 'Nothin' But the Cavi Hit', which eventually made it to the game despite the artist's refusal. Speaking to TMZ (yuck) Mr. Dillinger says that the lawsuit was about "respecting an artist's work", adding that he "can't let them get away with it".

Daz Dillinger and his law representatives have apparently given Take-Two 14 days to comply with their demands.
