Grand Theft Auto V, the next instalment in the successful series and which has dazzled quite a few of us with some great screenshots is rumoured to be hitting the stores in Spring 2013.

GAME Brighton has been seen to have released a tweet this morning indicating that GTA5 can indeed be pre-ordered with a release estimated in early 2013. Although the tweet has been deleted since then, the same was seen on their Facebook page.

Although it could very well have only been a little slip on the organizational side of things or a simple tease, a polish site has also posted pictures of an alleged poster for the game. What’s also slightly bizarre is that no PC is mentioned on them. Red Dead Redemption anyone? However, we should take all of this with at least a small pinch of salt for Rockstar themselves are yet to announce an official date.

[Update] It has been confirmed by Rockstar that Grand Theft Auto V is really coming out in spring 2013 but that’s just the console versions. No word on PC yet though.
