Okay, I'm sorry. But who needs Michael, Franklin, and Tevor anyway! We've got GTA4 with it's drivable potato cars and it's glorious PC moddability! Maybe this mod brining GTA5's Los Santos into GTA4 isn't quite as exciting as getting Rockstar's latest entry into the Grand Theft Auto franchise on your PC, but it's still pretty neat.

Sure the models aren't anywhere near as pretty, the lighting is ugly, there's a lot of texture glitches, and it's as barren as Warhammer Online; but it's the thought that counts, right? According to Taltigolt: the author of these mods, he'll be releasing a video of Los Santos with the textures fixed and populating the city with cars and pedestrians in a couple weeks, so there's something to keep up with if you want more.

Of course you can't go driving around Los Santos in those ugly Liberty City cars, no sir! Taltigolt has gone ahead and ported a small selection of GTA5's vehicles into GTA4 so you can cruise in style. You can actually download these ones while you'll have to wait for Taligolt to finish up porting GTA5's map before you can get in on the action.
