Gameplay Trailer Erupts into Scene
Loved blowing each other up in Magicka, that mad game by Paradox Interactive where you played as different-robed wizards messing about with elements? Want to do it again, but this time, as part of the actual game? Yep, player vs. player, or in this case, wizard vs. wizard has arrived to Magicka, and boy, does it look exciting. In fact, I was almost fooled by the trailer into thinking that this was going to be a serious endeavour, but of course, the trademark Magicka humour shone through in the end. In the description, they state:
"In Magicka: Wizard Wars, two teams of four wizards each will cast, blast, and get sassed by one another in pitched battles, utilizing the celebrated dynamic real-time spellcasting system of Magicka, along with some new tricks."
And they weren't lying, there seems to be a deluge of new content, ranging from new spells to new clothes, to even new game-modes such as "skill-based spell-offs". Who wants to play a game of goblin football? (Guess who gets to be the football.)
