Now, we on the PC are getting it a week later, as long as it isn't delayed again (still sore about that Ubi!) on day of release, but at least we're actually getting it this time. For some reason, the Xbox people are the only people missing out this time around. But who cares about them right? At present, no information on pricing has been reveleaed to us, but with release set for February 25th (19th on Sony platforms) I expect that will come to light very, very soon. So watch this space.
