Jagex, the developer for the MMO, Transformers Universe, has today released an early access 'Founders Pack'. The game is free to play, and so far looks good. This begs the question: why would you want to pay just to get it early?

Well, the packs are a way for you to support the game’s development, of course, but also grant you a number of perks that might be of interest. There are four different Packs (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Cybernite), priced between £29.99 to £299.99, and contain a number of goodies like in-game currency, items, things like mining probes and warriors, and avatars and titles. You will be 'immortalized in founders honor roll', if this is something you care about.
