For all it’s worth, I think most of us will agree that we’ve seen many modern shooters as of late. A time for a change is welcome. Sometimes the change is considered a step back in time to our shooter roots of the World War 2 era, but a little more revitalised, refined and pretty. This is what Enemy Front appears to be from the first official gameplay clip above, which focuses on shooting, as to be expected, along with the ability to take hostages, and initiate deadly traps to catch out the unsuspecting Nazis.

The game certainly looks like it’ll be a blast to play if you’re into first person shooters, I know I want to, after an extended break from the good ol’ war for around 4 or 5 years now. The game also now has a solid release date of 16th June 2014, so we don’t have long to wait to get our long awaited WW2 fix again!
