F1 2013 – Classic Jerez Hotlap
Codemasters has released some gameplay footage showing off a new map and, finally, some classic car gameplay. This time around the gameplay footage shows a developer playing through the Circuito De Jerez as Gerhard Berger in a 1988 Ferrari.
Circuito De Jerez is the legendary home of the Spanish Grand Prix and the gameplay footage also shows off yet another awesome narrator who will be featured in the title namely, Anthony Davidson who is a former F1 driver and is part of the F1 2013 technical consultant team. In the video he gives sound advice as to how players will be able to maximise their speed around this iconic track.
F1 2013 will also be the first time players will be able to become Lewis Hamilton in his 2013 Mercedes and Sergio Perez in his 2013 McLaren-Mercedes. As previously mentioned, F1 2013 will feature all the new F1 rule changes of this season and these play a large role in the realism and authenticity of the game. Beyond this F1 2013 will also feature split-screen and online multiplayer and as Codemasters puts it:
"Plus new and returning game modes deliver the most complete simulation of a FORMULA ONE season in videogame history, with more detail to be revealed."
This is still just the tip of the iceberg for F1 2013 and we can expect much more to be released about the game as we near its October 4th (EU) release date on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

I hope that this does game turns out to be good as the last F1 game I played was the 2011 one and I enjoyed it, so hope this is good as that one was.
