Former Epic president Mike Capps has accepted a new role at Remedy Entertainment. He will become a board director to help guide the company, which has more than 100 employees. He stepped down from his president position at Epic last year, to take more of an advisory role in a limited capacity before stepping away completely.

CEO of Remedy Matias Myllyrinne said "Like any team, I think a good board is a combination of different kinds of skill sets, and different kinds of strengths that really come together. That's the way, in my experience, the best teams work".

Mike Capps took time out to consider offers from various games companies before deciding on Remedy Entertainment. This will be a good appointment for Remedy, as Mike Capps has a proven record at Epic for a company which produced good games, so let's see if he can do it again at Remedy.
