Yo jurors! Amplitude Studios’ series of “Endless” games are very well received and Endless Legend is no exception. Heck, we think it’s pretty much amazing. Well Amplitude aren’t going to settle for just amazing, so they’ve decided to provide Endless Legend with the Guardians Expansion Pack.

Now, Endless Legend was already a pretty feature complete 4X strategy game at launch, so what are they adding with the expansion?

• New Guardian Units. Massive units that bring special abilities to both the combat and the exploration.
• New Gemstone Items. New Item class that strengthen the Guardians with buffs and/or new skills.
• Legendary Deeds. Need to gain the upperhand by gaining access to the new items, technologies or city improvements? This is the way to go.
• New buildings, new quests, global events, and more…

Like I said, the game was already great so the idea of more icing for the cake is just stellar to me. I’ll be checking this out as soon as I free up some time in my news/review schedule.
