E3: A Director’s Cut of Snake (Updated)

The Metal Gear Solid 5: Phantom Pain trailer, which we brought to you from E3 two days ago, was all by itself enough to draw lots of attention back to the MGS series, but for those who didn't have enough just yet - here is more! A newly released Director's Cut of the video adds some more atmosphere, displaying the brutality of Snake's enemies and, most likely, one of the big villains himself.

Just be warned, if you do not like watching excessive violence, let go of this one. These 3 additional minutes are some really heavy stuff!

Also, there is a full platform list at the end (the first vid said only Xbox ONE), with both present and next gen consoles present. Yes, that's right – no PC as for now, which was confirmed by Kojima in a tweet earlier today.

Update: Kojima, asked about the PC version, had to blow the cover finally. Here is what he said:

“Of course we are developing on a PC, so we look forward to releasing something on the PC sometime, but right now we have no release date, we are not really looking to do that right now, that’s not a priority, so, we are making it and we hope to put it out as well.”

Well, this pretty much means we will be getting a PC version of the game, even though much effort is made not to make this fact too known or obvious. Whether this means a last-minute announcement right before the release or a postponed one – time will tell. And we will tell you, of course!

I would do my usual word merging. But best I can come up with is "Snakrector" and makes it seem like I'm talking about Snake's bum
