Dying Light Dev Tools Get Retooled
Yo jurors! When Dying Light was released we were more than a little impressed with it with even our hardest critic, MrJenssen, granting the game a 3.5 out of 5 while six of our other reviewers gave it a 4 or better.
Speaking of MrJenssen, he broke the news not too long ago that dev tools for Dying Light were released allowing players to create their own custom scenarios for the game. Well, looks like that was just the beginning and the dev tools are about to become even more robust. We're talking creation and editing of terrain, importing custom models, multiplayer support and more.
If modders are on board, it looks like there might be some cool fun new ways to play Dying Light. I wonder if they'll charge for this... Just kidding.
What say you jurors? Are you digging into the community content on Dying Light and looking forward to what a better editor allows? Or have you had enough of Dead Island: Mirror's Edge Edition Plus for now? Let us know in the comments.

Essentially a "true" sandbox mode then. That'd definitely add to the longevity of the game...particularly with Dead Island 2 being delayed until 2016.

Modders need to turn this into a proper survival game. strip away all the missions, have one or two vendors around that sell supplies and allow you and your buddies to explore and survive!
