Hey, all you kids and kiddies out there! Do you like ethnic zombies? Do you like killing them in various gruesome ways? Well, I have some good news for you! Dead Island: Riptide, a sequel to the zombie bashing Dead Island, has just received a release date! Huzzah!

Dead Island: Riptide will launch in the US on 23 April, 2013, while the rest of the world will get in on 26 April. Deep Silver, the publisher that I‘m still pissed about for the lack of an English version of Fall: Last Days of Gaya, says the pre-order (of course there‘s a pre-order pack) will include an exclusive weapon pack and maybe other bonuses. The game proper will continue the existing character story line, include a new engine and weather system and probably zombies.
