Souls fans are frantic and the internet is abuzz with excitement as Dark Souls III was confirmed by multiple news sources such as IGN, PC Gamer, and EuroGamer to be coming out in 2016.
Concept art and news was leaked earlier by VG24/7 claiming its 2016 release and that the game would be once more in the golden hands of Hidetaka Miyazaki, creator of the original Dark Souls game and Bloodborne. Miyazaki being the man in charge is still a rumor at this point, but VG24/7 called its 2016 release so it'd be surprising if they were wrong about Miyazaki being the director.
If any more details leak out (like at E3 perhaps) we'll be sure to let you all know.

Actually the game was first outed by the Funhaus guys on Rooster Teeth via the news show The Know.
But annnnyywwwaayyyyyy, I've only ever played maybe an hour of Dark Souls and it was so fucking brutal. I want to play the games, especially Bloodborne, but the difficulty just pushes me further away from the games.
