Creative Assembly Apologise for Rome 2 Issues

Total War: Rome 2, has been a game that I personally loved, but many people have reported issues with the graphics, AI, and a whole host of other problems. Creative Assembly has heard these cries, and Total War Creative Director Mark Simpson has taken to their forums to apologise for the aforementioned issues, saying:
"We just wanted to reassure you that we do know it's an extremely annoying and frustrating time for some of you at the moment and we are working around the clock to sort out those issues that you are having. The first patch has just gone up - it's not trouble-free we know and are fixing with a hotfix, but there will be another next week and every week after that till the problems are gone."
He went on to bring up a few of the specific problems that they are focusing on right now. The major focus is currently on the performance problems that have been cropping up on certain hardware set ups, and he makes mention of the 24 hour support forum they have finding workarounds for people while they wait for the official fixes, but they are still wanting to fix the problems that lie with the AI and faction balance, saying:
"As mentioned before launch we absolutely intend to support ROME II post-release with plenty of content, further development and comprehensive balancing through-out – and no I'm not thinking of DLC you have to pay for. We have already planned for some very interesting stuff and we wanted to do that with advice from the community."
It's always nice to see a developer take this kind of attitude to issues with their game - even if it is regrettable that Rome 2 launched with these issues in the first place. So for those of you that are having problems, do make sure you let CA know, 'cause otherwise they can't make sure it's fixed.

Next time CA, since you clearly can't make a game that's not absolutely ridden with bugs upon launch anymore - you might want to look to the fans for beta-testing. They'll do your job FOR FREE, and they'll do your job better than you will.
