Making a debut at PAX, is Aliens: Colonial Marines new multiplayer mode: 'Escape Mode'.

In a similar set up to Left 4 Dead, there are two teams of four players. One team are Colonial Marines, who must escape the map, the other are the Xenomorphs, who try to hunt down and stop the Marines. To make things interesting, there is a time limit and distinct classes for the Xenomorphs.

This mode sounds a perfect fit for the Aliens universe, and will surely capture the feeling of being stalked by unrelenting creatures from space. Gearbox are also saying that more modes are to be revealed, so with another six months to go, we have plenty more Colonial Marines news to look forward to.
