Carmack vs Windows 8
Legendary creator of games such as Doom, Quake and Rage has stepped forward and announced his feelings toward Windows 8.
John Carmack, of id Software, said during his keynote address at Quake-Con that Windows 8 "didn’t have anything he was looking forward to".
Carmack now joins Gabe Newell (Valve) and Bilzzard who have also expressed their negative feelings toward Microsoft's new OS, set for release later this year.

Win 8 has nothing new in it. That Metro IU is impractical. I will only get it if Xbox360 Games will indeed be available in that awful GFWL, which, most probably, won't happen anyway.

Notch was pretty against Windows 8 as well, I see a trend.
