Rockstar has filed a trademark for something called "Bully Bullworth Academy: Canis Canem Edit".

Much better. As spotted by Junkiemonkeys Rockstar Games registered the new name with the EU trademark office on November 20, while parent company Take-Two filed to have the trademark updated on July 25 this year.

Whoo! This is hard.

Additionally, last month a Rockstar employee's CV was spotted mentioning "Next version of a famous IP", while that could be pretty much any of Rockstar's other franchise, bets are high that it's Bully, which is probably the one that's remained dormant the longest.

Now, the reason I'm trying so damn (gah!) hard to try and temper my excitement (I remember screaming when my mom got me the original Bully for the PS2 when it came out seven years ago) I'm also bracing myself for the inevitable disappointment of this turning out to be a handhled/mobile port, which Rockstar has been doing quite a lot recently.
