Endless Legend is a spinoff of Endless Space, a space 4X game translated into the quite rarer fantasy 4X genre. Or "magic is actually science" 'fantasy' game. Anyways, your people are not the only ones inhabinting a mysterious planet... and not the only ones that are desperate in their search for a way out of there, for winters are getting worse and an apocalypse is sure to come. You already saw the Vaulters and Wild Walkers (it's a lot easier to make your fantasy look serious if you're not making up names like eladrin). Enter now the Broken Lords.

Once, they were knights and nobles. And not the Game of Thrones real life version of them. Real, actual noble knights, out there to help the poor and whack a dragon if one came to be. Therefore, their downfall seems all the more tragic. In an effort to save their dying nation, they trapped themselves in Dust (the local applied phlebonium that make all the physics insulting things work) enhanced armor. Trouble is, to sustain themselves, they needed to consume the energy of sentient beings.

So now they look like an army of Lich King cosplayers, live in a castle not unlike the one that housed the Nazghul and absorb energy via... gauntlets? Make up your own geeky comparison. Their goal is not only to get off the blasted rock, but also to break the curse. Yet an ominous question remains: do they really want to do it?

We can only wait and see... well, probably not that long if you're willing to go Early Access (which the game will do in the nearish future), but for now, let's gawk at the pictures: the clearly Endless Space derived army management screen and the campaign map that looks suspiciously like Game of Thrones intro globe.

Calling it: Moqorro is actually a solid Endless in disguise!
