BioShock Infinite - New Information on Release

Ever since BioShock Infinte – Beast of America trailer has been released, we’ve been sitting on the fence trying to get some new information on it. With what could be one of the best trailers of 2012, Beast of America made us lust for more.
Now, we have to things to say to you. First, we have the bad news and then we have the…well, not so bad one. What’s it gonna be? Bad one first? Yeah, I thought so too. Well, BioShock Infinite will be delayed until March 26. This is the second time the title has been delayed, with the previous release date on the 26th of February. Now some of you might be crying with pain and be near a mental breakdown – that’s understandable. Yet, patience is an underrated virtue of the true gentleman (or lady), so don’t go off pulling your hairs out. The world will keep on spinning. Let’s be fair, better late and good then early and buggy as hell.
Onwards to the other piece of information. The games graphics options have been revealed including
- Anti-aliasing
- Texture detail
- Dynamic shadows
- Post-processing quality
- Light shafts
- Ambient occlusion
- Object detail
- V-sync
- FOV
- UI margins
- Toggleable highlighting of “searchable” or “important” objects
- Uses DX10 with DX11 features
You might be wondering, why we are telling you this? Perhaps you are more interested in the recommended specifications. Well, we would like to know those too but a good graphics menu shows not only the possibility in graphical fidelity but also how much effort has been put into the PC version. And BioShock Infinite seems to be giving us quite some love in the option department.

Sweet this is really good to hear that they are putting time and enough into the PC version. I was watching Invisible walls on gametrailers and they where saying that the PC version looks A LOT! better then Consoles. Can't WAIT

A delay? Pffft. After all, after STALKER, we should have learned to be patient. Am month? You should, after all, understand the pain of those who waited for Dark Millenium...

Don't care about the delay, I could wait for this game forever and my excitement would still never cease.
